01Is Ping a CRM, or something else?
Ping orchestrates the work: enquiries, qualification, deals, onboarding, repeat campaigns. But the product experience is conversational. You talk to it. It answers, surfaces what’s slipping, and runs the actions you confirm. Closer to ”an operator that knows your business” than a CRM you have to log into.
02How long does it take to set up?
We map the way you already work onto Ping during onboarding, which takes a few sessions over one to two weeks. You’re using Ping from day one. By the end of week two, your team is running the daily work inside it.
03What if my business needs something Ping doesn’t do yet?
